Extremely high quality machined aluminum. Watch some builds on YouTube before building, it do be tricky.
Louis D.
I like the case. But it is really hard to build in with off-the-shelf components. For example I needed to Dremel the case so that I could fit the ASUS ITX motherboard. Otherwise the I/O shield was hitting into the case. IQUNIX could make this easier by notching the support beam that is right next to the bottom of the I/O shield.
Also routing cables inside this PC is a pain in the you know what. I had a fully modular PSU but the cables were very stiff and most of them too long. Even some of the included cables with the case were too long so there is some ugly cable management. It is possible to buy custom length, and less stiff cables but I didn't want to spend another $100.
Finally because I had to move a lot of things around and Dremel the case the power button didn't get re-seated correctly. So I need to pull apart the PC and figure out what's wrong there. Overall this build cost me about $950 which is reasonable. But For another $250 I could have gotten an Intel Raptor Canyon NUC and saved a day of working on this.

IQUNIX ZX-1 good case and I have a great building experience with it. But it was all ruined by a faulty riser cable.
I spent days figuring out why my GPU is not working from time to time (working only 20% of the time). I tried reinstalling driver, Windows, and contacting Nvidia and ASUS support. Then I started to suspect that the connection might be an issue. So I had to break down everything then connect my gpu directly to the motherboard. After several tries of experimenting between connecting directly and by riser cable, I can confirm that the riser cable has some issue.
I’m buying another riser cable to replace this one. It wouldn’t be so frustrating if I can figured it out earlier though…
Customer
Good quality, the product looks quite nice. However, it’s way overpriced especially concerns that it can’t be used with modern modern rtx30&40 cards (architecture and pice riser cable is a true problem here) Terrible support and communication throughout the shipping process. Shipment to EU generally longer than declared.
Sebastian M.
Love the case! Extremely high quality. Like it was designed by Apple or Porsche.
Leticia Z.
Super easy to put together. No hassle at all
Colin A.
Nearly half the screws arrived stripped, making it nearly impossible to disassemble and actually build the computer. I would give it one star if the case wasn't so nice looking
Gordian
The delivery time is really long (despite paying +40$ in delivery fees in addition to the whopping 269$) and there is now riser cable 4.0 included so that has to be bought separately as well when wanting to use modern GPUs (It again costs like 50$+).... I would think twice before buying.
Tina P.
Be careful when assembling, some of the screws are easy to get stuck and strip. My first case broke because of this but thankfully iQunix was fast to respond with a replacement (took 5 days to ship)
Also keep in mind that the PCIe Riser Cable provided is Gen 3.0. If you're buying a modern motherboard you might need to downgrade the PCIe version in BIOS (or buy a gen 4 riser cable) in order to get the graphics card working.
Customer
Great quality case
Mauricio T.
It's beautiful, elegant and clean. Sits well in your desk without hurting the eyes.
It comes with a PCI-E GEN3 raiser cable, which is a terrible way to cut corners. PCI-E GEN4 is a must nowadays and especially for this price point.
GPU compatibility is very limited even on the water-cooled model. It was a pain to fit a Gigabyte RTX4070ti Eagle that is the only RTX4070ti that fits if I'm not mistaken. If you want a RTX3090, the possibilities are small as well.
If you want a powerful GPU, better look elsewhere.
josh r.
love this case. everything fitted perfectly and looks amazing on my desk
Alexander H.
The top grill is so tightly wedged into the case that I can’t pull it off with finger strength.
Thomas E.
The case is gorgeous, but unfortunately it has a structural wobble. I'm currently in dialogue with customer service to get this resolved. Thank you.
EKJUN O.
Install level was not so difficult. And the most important thing is it looks soooo cool!
Kalina E.
Love it! So cute and compact. High quality materials & build.
Colton W.
Best case I've owned by a mile, build quality is fantastic, it has a great weight to it, and building in it was a dream. 10/10, would recommend to anyone looking for a high end SFF case without hesitation.
Marius-Daniel D.
Great case, solid build with a minimalist design! If you are new to PC building it might be a bit tricky, but there are a lot of videos that can walk you through the process. The only negative I have is that it doesn't come with a PCIE 4.0 riser cable - it should at least give you the option to opt for one.
Boris K.
My case came with a scratop on front top which your support agreed to replace, which is very nice. I found that the top of the case is very tight and really hard to remove. I watch a few youtube vides of the case being assembled and it seems that the cover should magnetically snap in. On my case it did not come out at all, which support said was normal. It is hard for me to believe that this is really the case. It feels liek the top should be as easy to remove as the side panel.
Other than that the case is pretty well thought out and looks really nice. Can wait to get my replacement unit.
Sophie M.
As my first computer build, it was an amazing experience! So easy to dismantle and re mantle, looks amazing and the quality is excellent!
The metal is cold to the touch and it mostly maintains that throughout the day.
It is quite expensive for an Mini ITX tower, but honestly you are truly paying for the quality, the service and the design! I do wish there were more color options for the top panel of the white/coral version, but that’s just my personal preference.
And lastly, the cable management is a bit tough but I guess it’s expected from any kind of Mini ITX tower…
Overall 9.75/10 !
(Please add more top panel color options! Maybe just sell the top in different colors not the whole tower)
Oleksandr L.
Very good case, quality parts. This is my first mini-ITX assembly and there were no problems.
Michael L.
Good and compact case! High quality tools and materials.
Josh B.
Case is warped and side panel will not stay on.
Stefano D.
Greatest small form factor case. Just get it! You won’t be disappointed
James J.
I really love the case, but the only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the fit menu of the top panel. The panel is a bit oversized compared to the case, so it ends up getting pinched. I am unable to remove it without opening it from the inside, or using a tool to loop under the slots. The other panels fit perfectly.
Besides that one complaint, I love the case and would still recommend, especially if they end up fixing the top fitment.
Stefano D.
Great case. Easier to build than I thought. Only complaint is the riser cable that is still gen 3 and two pieces of the motherboard tray that screws to the radiator mount was broken. As soon as I took the screws off the pieces fell.
Customer
This is a best mini-itx case that i see.
Rayshun P.
Overall a pretty nice case, though maybe with some machining inconsistencies. The top cover of my case which should just be held with magnets is just slightly larger than i feel it should be, as you cannot remove it without pushing up from the bottom with some decent force. It seems to be held down more by the rest of the case than the magnets. Other than the issue with the top plate, the case is very nice to use and is well built
Lamar A.
This is my first PC build and it's been great! Had the motherboard in. Smaller case that ran too hot along with the graphics card and I think this is a perfect size with room to grow.
Customer
The case is a little hard to work in as the liquid cooler brace is in there really tight. But it's a beautiful case and very well put together
Customer
A good case, just fire in size, fits into a briefcase, you can carry it with you. Good quality coating. The only disadvantage is that you can not give up the cable of the razor or replace it with version 4.
Customer
High quality case
Leonard W.
This is easily the best built SFF case I've used and I've used alot. The quality is second to none and the case is breeze to build in.
Donald D.
Excellent quailty, well engineered, plus great fit & finish. The only choice in the best of the best ITX cases...
Wenkai F.
Nice quality case. I really like the design of it. Definitely worth the price.
Things to improve:
1. The front IO cables are too long and too stiff.
2. It is difficult to align the top panel with the front IO.
Andy N.
Easy case to build in
VINH Q.
Hope more color is release
Frankie H.
3080 ftw3 does not fit and there was a few questionable design choice. The website stated 305mm x 140mm gpu can fit but yet when we put the 3080 ftw3(136.75mm x 300mm) in there was almost zero clears to power the gpu .
Wilson T.
Good quality case with no compromise. Love it!
Jabed A.
Looks great, wish the other colours were in stock. First build ever, and it went okay but the magnets inside the case broke. Support were kind enough to send replacements.
David Timothy N.
everything is good. I kinda expected the difficulty in cramming all the PC components inside since this is an SFF case so no problem with that. The only thing that I dislike about this case is that the Front USB type C port is too deep and most cables and flashdrives wont fit well in it
Nikos J.
The best case I ever bought and had the greatest experience building in such a custom case. The tools included in the shipment are amazing. Love the minimalistic design and the airflow is possible on all sides of the case (except the front).
Can't wait to see your next inventions Iqunix!
Bill B.
Overall the finished build looks great. However, this was the most frustrating build I’ve ever done. Space is very tight in the case. The case ships with a magnetic screwdriver however most of the screws are not magnetic and kept falling out. As a result it took nearly an hour just to screw in the motherboard. If the bottom of the case could be removed it would’ve made assembly much easier.
Gio S.
Material used were great and everything fits amazingly. Ventilation is great and is able to cool my 2070S and 3800X. Only issue I had was the power extension cable did not work for me but customer service took care of it and sent me a new one. I also wished they included a mesh/dust filter since everything is pretty open.
Jeffrey B.
Pleasant yet challenging but love the challenge of a small form factor
Customer
It was very difficult to build but the end result was so worth it.
Erik d.
Great quality workmanship and attention to detail. All necessary tools are included. I would love to see even more color choices (separately selectable top grille colors?)
Hugo F.
Awesome little case! Super easy to build in. Going custom loop is the best move
Josh C.
The case itself is awesome, but when I opened it up to build in I found multiple screws in the case have been stripped to the point I couldn’t get them out. I’ve hardly been able to build in the case because I can’t take most of it apart due to the screws being stripped in it from factory. A lot of the other screws were super tight so I don’t know what the idea behind digging them in like that was
Justin M.
4/5 build quality (inserts, instead of tapping the case and components would have been preferable)
4/5 Finish (overall the coating is pretty nice and durable, some alignment issues with the top panel and usb inputs had to be addressed)
4.5/5 Overall (would have liked to see the side panels vented a bit more. possibly moving the usb input from the very top, to the bottom with a door below the power button, would have made assembly and routing easier. A little more modularity on the internal layout “thinking a cartridge type assembly” would also be an enjoyable addition)
In closing: this is a great case, at a decent price. Definitely worth consideration, though there is some room for improvement and I’ll be looking forward to next revision.
Sou H.
Good case with good cable management. Love the look and size.
My one issue is, the top panel does not fit correctly. It does not snap into place like the side panels. I had to use a little brute force to close the top, and the front USB and headphone jack would not like up with the top panel.
William K.
Great case. Easy to build in, especially for its size. Panels are easy to remove for maintenance and cleaning. Looks great and the build quality is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
Kwan Yu C.
Very good looking case! I have modded it with 30mm standoffs to fit two 120mm fans on the bottom. Order came 7 days after shipping notice by Iconix to Germany. My productive system: Z690 Mini ITX, i9 12900k, 64 GB Ram, 240mm AIO, 2x 2TB NVMe, RTX3080 GPU, 2x 120mm bottom fans with mod.
Nikolas S.
I love it! Looks great and I'm very happy with it's performance. This is my first itx build and I wasn't sure what temperatures would be like, but I've had zero issues with my 10th gen i5 and RTX 3070 FE.
Christian H.
Very happy with the build quality and look of the case. Not the easiest build but the end result speaks for itself.
Aleksejs S.
Did not expect that is gonna be so beautiful and small case. Really excited. And by the way got delivery earlier then expected. Thanks guys for amazing product.
Parren N.
Classy case. I received the air cooled version in black.
Niko P.
This was my first ITX case and really liked it first. After taking the radiator bracket off to install a new SSD. Putting the radiator bracket back, two of the front side screws won't stick to the case anymore. Contacted Iqunix Support and they said it's not under warranty since I already build the case?? The case is 2,5 months old and they clearly state 1 year warranty! This is a scam. Don't buy this case.
Sven B.
The case is very nice, it is easy to build in it and the aluminum and paint look very valuable. Unfortunately, my case arrived bent at the top edge, so that the top can not be used without massive pressure, after consultation with support, this is a nullity and is not recognized as a production defect, a pity at the price.
quynh n.
Very easy to assemble. Love the minimalist design
Milan K.
Hi, i will start with a few cons:
- Front USB panel is not aligned with holes in top panel, I cannot use USB-C port.
- One USB-A port does not work
- Open case without dust filters, I expect that it will need cleaning very often
And the pros, they are many.
- Very good looking minimalist case
- Great component placement with PCIE riser leaves plenty of room for cables and fans
- Good idea with magnetic panels, clean case totally without outer screws
- Good paining quality
- Room for three 12cm fans
- Very open case with good air flow, components are cool.
For that kind of money, one would expect better quality. Instead of box of some redundant screws, I would appreciate dust filter to very open case.
But I wanted minimalist design case with very good ideas as magnetic panels and component placement and it is what I got. Overall, I am pleased. It is very good case.
Thanutcha C.
This case are pretty and perfect design for ITX case I really love this case and recommend for everyone
Jedy S.
Great build quality, looks great!
Daniel R.
The case itself is quite nice looking and well put together for the most part. However, I had some issues with it that I feel I should share for others looking to buy it. First of all, one of the screws that hold the radiator bracket to the rest of the case stripped as I was disassembling the case for the first time. It was quite difficult to remove and I eventually had to purchase a screw removal kit and use a drill to get it out. Also, the magnets that hold the side panels on are magnetic, with the magnets held on with screws. I removed one of these to make installing the motherboard easier, but it broke when I unscrewed it. The side panel still works since there are five other magnets, but it's not ideal.
For the amount this case costs, I don't think there should be these kinds of quality issues. I also want to note that I reached out to customer service to see if I could get a replacement due to the broken screw. They were not particularly helpful and didn't offer any kind of replacement. They are also based in China so communicating with them is difficult unless you email them around midnight PST.
Joda T.
Super design, facile à monter, léger et fonctionnel.
Livré avec outil pour visser.
Couleur choisie blanc Corail.
Pascal H.
Great case, clear instructions and robust design. Grear job! And very fast deliver considering the covid restrictions.
Ivan Š.
This case is tiny, gotta see it.
Its a bit hard to build
in but thats to be expected.
IMO all the bolts should be standardized, no point in having different heads + would love to see better access to motherboard bolts.
Included screwdriver is kinda useless, better to save this cost for the customers. Just make all the screws single size allen head.
Instructions were nice but lacked proper steps while building it.
Riser cable is gen3, and some motherboards wont recognize it properly so I recommend assembling everything outside the case to make sure it works.
You might have to adjust bios settings and for this the GPU has to be plugged in directly. Learned this the hard way :)
Overall, the case is great, looks sleek and it is tiny!
Chris P.
The case has probably the best quality from everything else that is on the market and i have experienced a lot. The design is minimal and modern at the same time and for me the space grey color is the best choice. The best mini-ITX premium quality case by far. Keep up with the good work IQUNIX!
Stefan E.
Best quality case I have ever built in.
Emmanuelle E.
A five star for me, fast delivery, quick responses in emails, and the quality of the case SUPERB!
Dawid G.
Exelent build quality, MAGNIFICENT !
Thanh P.
It is perfect and is what I have been searching for.
Customer
Amazing case! Really love how it looks. You can really feel the nice build quality of this case. Building it was straightforward although had some problems in the middle that made me restart because it needs to be done in a specific order. Thermals are "ok", as expected for a case this small.
Carlos B.
I bought this not only as a computer case but as an ornamental piece for my bedroom.
Amazing colours and design
Ron A.
I want to love this case but for the life of me I just can't get the EVGA 3080 ftw3 to fit. There just isn't enough hight to fit the power cables. I am going to try stand offs to raise the top plate. I really love the look of this case and want to make it work!
Kevin B.
The case looks fantastic at first glance, but in the end it is not worth the money in my opinion. The top lid is very difficult to open because the tolerances are so small. They probably didn't include the thickness of the paint in the engineering process. Secondly, the case has paint chipping. I just think at such a steep price, quality control should scrupulously check each case. What I also don't like is the price of $20 for shipping. I ordered from Germany and after 2 days the case arrived. Not because it was so quickly tranfered from China, but because it was already stored in Germany. I stay with my In Win case, where I get more quality for the same price.
NoNonsensePC
The case is a "good" itx case. Build quality is great, thermals are okay, but the main reason for my rating is based on the color. It's labeled as matte black, but it's more of a blued steel color i.e. black but with a noticeable tinge of blue. It doesn't show up on camera/photos that well, but in person anything black that's against the case like fans, motherboard, radiators, etc. and you'll immediately notice how NOT BLACK the case really is. For this reason, I had to go with another itx case, the Streacom DA2, which is actually black as advertised.
Howard J.
The non water cooling model worked out fantastic for my water cooled 5700G build. Love the green color and build quality .
Ben W.
A magnetic tempered glass side panel to swap in or out would be perfect. I'd definitely buy one for my water-cooled case.
Fardad N.
I do love this case. it is so stylish and compact at the same time. the only issue i ran in to was since i added a 15mm fan at the bottom and since i chose the Geforce RTX 3060TI which is a full length video card i could not install the Solid State drive and this issue needs to be addressed. otherwise this is a great case. i have the fans in the silence mode and still the CPU is at 37 to 48 C.
Thierry B.
Nice case ; smart design
Abhimanyu S.
It is my first time building in such a small case this case comes with its own challenges as this is so small you have to plan your build before you get going I made the mistake of starting as soon as I got the case and halfway through I was finding cable management problems, things not fitting right, reinserting components again and again. To get this fixed I eventually had to find sometime in my schedule to open everything up including the bottom panel to allow accessibility and then rebuild the whole thing and once that was done this is amazing experience.
I will note that my GPU does not fit perfectly and is sightly thicker than ideal because of the edges where the screws go in which have these columns or extrusions for the screws which go from the top to the bottom of the case and that blocks my specific MSI ventus 2x 3070 from fitting perfectly so my GPU is currently resting on the riser and hanging by the power supply cables but this does not cause any problems and thermals are amazing, performance is amazing the noise, once I tune the fans is absolutely quiet unless I'm playing games where I do let the fans run maximum for best performance.
This case is so beautiful, I would have my previous ITX case sitting on the side but this case I'm keeping it right next to my monitor because it looks so amazing. I intend to put some RGB strips inside shining faded light through the top but I'm not sure this case is so classy it might look best without any RGB.
william r.
Everything was a tight fit, my card barely fit with my water cooler. But looks sexy af, would love to see a micro-ATX version
Reden C.
Very good looking case :). One of the screw holes on the top a little bigger from screwing and unscrewing during installation so I had to replace it with a bigger one, but that was my fault for not being very careful during installation. Just something to keep in mind :).
Richard V.
I've been building computers since 1994 and mini-computers have always been a fascination of mine but up until now, case manufacturers just weren't up to par for me!
This case is "HANDS DOWN" the best-built case I have ever owned period.
There is a challenge in what CPU fan you can use ( Noctua NH-L9a-AM4 chromax.Black)
But other than that the build quality is exquisite and the attention to detail is worth writing this review. I opted to go with the smaller NON-WATER cooled version because I wanted to build a super quiet computer (Only using one fan on the AMD 5700G CPU)
This is a perfect build for MAME Arcade games, light photo, and video rendering or server capabilities.
I can't wait to see IQUNIX build the next gen. and hope they pursue a Mid-tower soon.
Thanks for caring about the PC world so much
Best Regards, Rick V.
Jason M.
Ok... I've been wanting to write a review on this case for a while and the email has been bugging me to write a review for weeks. (I don't like to write a review until I have thoroughly tested)
Pros: I love this case. I love the way it looks it's quality is remarkable and is super unique while looking like it was 100% well thought out and original. Props to the color choices. Being able to support a full size graphics card while allowing the choice/option to go air cooled or water cooled (AIO water loop) is so nice.
Cons: The fitment of the top magnetic panel was strangely tight during the first construction/build of my pc. This got way better over time and is now able to be removed like the other panels. The top IO won't allow me to actually use the USB C port. I have tried a number of cables but cannot get any cable to make a connection with the USB C port. (this was tested with removing the top panel. The port does work but the panel blocks the cable from full connection) Did you say hot? You know you are dealing with a Small Form Factor Pc right? the one thing I would tweak would be a design where the radiator was on the bottom and could draw intake air from down low and out the top. I have tried ALL the fan configurations and if anyone was wondering... the ideal fan placement is positive pressure setup with the top radiator fans blowing down into the case (cold air intake across the rad) with the bottom fan exhausting air out the bottom.
My build:
Ryzen 5800X Undervolted (70 C during games & 47 C at idle)
Asus ROG X570 I mini ITX
Samsung 2 TB 980 pro NVME pcie 4.0 (~7.5 gbps read / 4.5 gbps write)
850 watt SFX by cooler master
Corsair iCue H 100 240 mm rad AIO water cooling solution (don't go with this one as I found the CPU signal wire small and offensive.
using an OLD Asus Strix GTX 1080 ti (damn the market to heck)
F. K.
Hallo there, I just recieved the ITX-Case today. Unfortunaly the product price does not reflect the quality. The Paint get's off pretty fast. The fitment for the upper grill is to tight, so it scratches the white paint. I am really sad about the situation. I love the design. And the Panels panit is not exact the paint of the case.
Craig B.
Case as advertised, premium quality. As with any SFFPC pay extra attention to GPU compatibility.
Jared D.
Excellent workmanship! The finish is one of the best I’ve seen. The included accessories are also some of the best I’ve seen. Thermal headroom and performance beats that of the Ghost S1, Sidearm and even A4 for its form factor and size.
John H.
The zx-1 looks amazing. I am still putting the parts together to complete my build but this case is better then I could have hoped for. Worth every penny!
Mike B.
Great case! Very straight forward and easy to build in. I was disappointed the case did not come with a PCIe 4.0 riser cable, but after seeing the price I can't say I blame Iqunix. Overall, it was a fun build, and I would recommend this case to everyone.
I would advise getting a fan grill for the bottom fan, shorter PSU cables, and an ADT-LINK PCIe 4.0 Riser Cable (18cm). Also don't be afraid to chat with Iqunix on social media. They were very responsive to questions.

Best looking desktop case!

I've been wanting to build a small form factor gaming PC for a while, and once I saw this case I fell in love and knew I had to get it. It's a pleasure to build in and uses top-notch materials throughout. It's similar to a Mac Pro in build quality, and the panels are also nicely resistant to scratching and smudges.
The generation 3 riser poses a mild inconvenience for gen 4 cards. It's also heavy due to the thick aluminum used, so keep that in mind if portability is important to you. For me though, this is a perfect case.
Patrick L.
Excellent case, feels good, looks good. Little difficult to build but thats how all mini ITX cases are. Cooling performance is acceptable. Would of liked maybe more room for the bottom fan. prefer only usb-c in front. little more room for the gpu where the power cable plugs in the cable can touch the above fan if not careful.
Oliver P.
Gorgeous case! A bit tricky to build in but overall I'm very pleased with the final result.
One complaint I'd have is the minor scratches on the case upon delivery.
Tony N.
This was my first sff build. It was quite a challenge but it was definitely worth it. Clean, minimal and runs quite with krakenx53 aio fans swapped with 2x noctua nf-a12x25. I recommend using using the top aio as intake.
