What is the processing time?
All orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Chinese warehouse. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Why shipping delayed?
During the pandemic time or peak shopping season, the delivery time may be slightly delayed than usual. The customs clearance time of the destination is also might be delayed accordingly. These force majeure factors are out of our seller's control. Your kind understanding would be highly appreciated.
How can I change or cancel my order?
It's better to contact us within 12 hrs once you place the order if you want to change or cancel it. Our after-sales staff will get back to you immediately. Your order could be modified or refunded only before we ship out the item. Feel free to reach out to us at support@iqunix.store for any additional help.

What are the shipping rate and transit time?
For mechanical keyboards and keycaps, we can ship to most countries. Generally, there are 2 shipping services for your choice. One is standard shipping by Post Office transportation. Another is express shipping by DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.
