About canceling an order:
If you place an order and it hasn't been shipped yet,contact email@example.com. We can usually cancel group buy and pre-order items. If the goods you ordered have already been shipped from our warehouse, we generally can't cancel the order. That is doubly true if you place an order for a stocked item over the weekend.
Regarding the return policy after receipt of goods:
All sales are final and items cannot be returned or exchanged with the exception of the conditions outlined below. If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, and we will facilitate a return or exchange. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion. Contact email@example.com. You may incur a cancellation fee.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
