IQUNIX provides warranty service of one year for keyboards and ITX Case and one month for accessories. It warrants new products against defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period from the date of you receive it. This warranty is made only to the original purchaser, subject to the limitations contained herein, and is not transferable.
If at any time your IQUNIX malfunctions as a result of faulty materials or workmanship, IQUNIX will repair the defect(s), or send replacement parts, or replace the product, as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion. IQUNIX reserves the right to use materials regularly utilized at the time of repair in the event that original materials are no longer available. If replacement of your product is deemed appropriate by our staff, IQUNIX will replace the product with one of the same or most similar style of a value not in excess of the original purchase price of your product. This warranty covers the cost of both labor and materials for any repair deemed necessary by our staff during the year that you own it.
For the keyboards purchased over 6 months, considering the daily use and wear, we might call the keyboard back for repairing the defect(s).
Shipping costs are dues and payable by you prior to the return shipping of products, and we'll be responsible for the repairing labor, materials costs, and freight to ship back.
The final operation will depend on the actual situation.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXTENDED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY AND MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED OR ASSIGNED TO SUBSEQUENT OWNERS. YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE OR SALES RECEIPT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL REQUESTS FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE.
This Warranty Is Subject To The Following Limitations
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1. Any product that has been altered or modified in any way.
2. Any product that has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, or improper operation.
3. The subjective issue of keyboard characteristics, such as typing sound and appearance, etc.
4. Shipping damages of any kind.
5. Any product that has been subjected to extremes of humidity or temperature.
6. Normal wear and tear (i.e., scratched body case or keycaps, or damages to or discoloration of the finish for any reason).
7. Any product that has been purchased from an unauthorized dealer, or upon which unauthorized repair or service has been performed.
8. Cracking, discoloration or damage of any sort to the finish or plating for any reason.
IQUNIX MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. ALL IMPLIED, WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEEDING THE SPECIFIC PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES AND/OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO THAT THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
IQUNIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES SUFFERED BY THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION. DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT, EVEN IF IQUNIX OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND IQUNIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY EXPENSES, CLAIMS, OR SUITS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY OF THE FOREGOING.
In the event of malfunction of your IQUNIX product, you should notify IQUNIX or the nearest Authorized IQUNIX Dealer (if available), contact at firstname.lastname@example.org. You or the Dealer (if available) must ship the product, freight and insurance pre-paid, to IQUNIX. No product may be returned to IQUNIX without obtaining a prior Return Authorization. Only IQUNIX and Authorized IQUNIX Dealer may perform warranty service and any service performed by unauthorized persons will void this warranty. IQUNIX disclaims liability for defects or damage caused by services performed by unauthorized persons or non-warranty service not performed by IQUNIX.
When contacting IQUNIX, you must include a complete written description of the malfunction of the product, related images and videos. If non-warranty work is required or recommended by IQUNIX, a quotation will be issued and must be approved by you before any non-warranty work is commenced. You should consider quotations obtained for non-warranty work immediately and advise IQUNIX of your wishes. You are not required to purchase non-warranty work in order to obtain service for materials covered by this warranty. Following its inspection of a product upon its arrival, IQUNIX will advise you of the approximate date of completion. The repaired product or part will be returned to you. Shipping costs and insurance are dues and payable by you prior to the return shipping of your product.
No representative or other person is authorized to assume for IQUNIX any liability except as stated in this warranty. This warranty gives you specific rights that vary from state to state.

Yes, all the keyboards are compatible with macOS.
The Mac supplementary keycaps are included in the package.

We're sorry that our keyboards are available in ANSI layout exclusively storewide.

What's the shipping time?

Do you have a warehouse in my local country?
Currently, we have oversea warehouses in Poland, Australia, and United States. There are a few SKUs in stock that could be shipped from these warehouses.
Do I need to pay for taxes/duties?
All products sold by IQUNIX do not include duties and taxes. There are only product amounts and shipping fees charged on your orders.
Customs Policies widely vary in different countries. We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. IQUNIX shall not be liable for any additional charges such as vat tax, customs clearance fees, local shipping charges, or admin charges, etc.

Once it's gone, it's gone. F96 will make way for its successor, the F97.
