It’s an awesome product really happy with the purchase I have the dark side for me it was worth it.

Perfect typing experience right out of the box.

Did not like that the cursor keys (Up/Down/Left/Right) and the INS/HOME/PGUP/PGDN/DEL/END keys were not separate from the other keys -- makes it VERY difficult to find those keys -- basically impossible without looking down at the keyboard. :-(

Keyboard makes a ping/ring noise when typing which makes it sound cheap.
Connor W.
Keyboard arrived in perfect condition, on time and well lubed. The materials are high quality and did not have any blemishes.

The keyboard came a day early. So far, the keyboard is good, my first mechanical board. I have to say, some of the keys weren't working because they weren't completely seated, but it's ok. it was a matter of just making sure each key was depressed. Just wasnt expecting that at this price point.
Other than that, it's a pretty good performer. Also, I think having a wrist rest is definitely beneficial for me since the keyboard was a little bit taller than what I am used to.
Id recommend to buy

Great quality keyboard! PBT key caps and case feel premium and I like how compact everything is. I like how it can connect wireless over 2.4ghz to improve wireless latency. The large battery is great too though unsure how long it lasts using the receiver as opposed to Bluetooth.
Some cons: There is some slight metallic pinging sound when typing. Not noticeable unless you are paying close attention though. There is also no reprogramability of the keys which is unfortunate. Only being able to charge through usb connection to PC is also a small inconvenience. Lastly the F1 and F2 keys are slightly misaligned with the rest of the function keys as the switches are reversed compared to the other function keys.
Overall I do recommend the keyboard and the cons are mostly small nitpicks but if addressed would make the keyboard perfect.
Hamlet R.
The keyboard looks amazing, but it has a horrible metal ping noise every time a key is pressed. This is unacceptable at this price range. DO NOT BUY!
Customer
Functionally the keyboard is fine, but it did arrive with some minor damage. The keyboard is made of metal--this is why I chose the F97. However, the metal did have some damage to it. It make me feel like I received a returned item and not a new item.

Fantastic keyboard. High quality feel. Got the cherry silent pink which can be used in office. Very professional looking and low key. Highly recommend getting a wrist support (can get it through Keychron). Using it on my altwork.

Hi, can I please get an exchange unit? Had it fora about 14 days and one of the keys are stuck because of a defect in the unit. A sticker is not installed correctly, causing it pop out (picture attached). As a result, the F9 key gets stuck and doesn't bounce back as fast.
Other wise, I really enjoy using the keyboard and it makes my typing experience very nice. Can I please get the exact exchange unit please? Thank you.

Great stock keyboard

I wish you made a standard "IBM" style with the delete, end, page down keys in their standard positions. But I am goin got try and get thru it!
Great build quality!!!!

Everything is great but something feels off about the spacebar. It just got delivered today. Sometimes theres an extra click like something is snapping into place when i press the space bar. Not sure what this is but it is pretty annoying. Considering the use a spacebar gets, i might have to return this if i can't figure out how to fix it. Other than that everything about the keyboard is fantastic.

Incredible keyboard that gets me excited to type.
Pros:
- Solid build. There's no flex on the board when typing
- Easy to switch between RGB modes
- Sounds great and keycaps are high quality
- Easy to switch between several devices almost instantly
Cons:
- Import and duties fees were a surprise
- Cable may be short for setups with wide desks

Mechanical keyboard is just not for me I guess. Used it for 1 day and put it away.

After getting a F96 Dark Knight for my home office, I knew I needed another Iqunix keyboard for in the office. I got the F97 Dark Side with the Cherry Pink (Red Silent) keys so as not to disturb my colleagues with the more traditional clacking of a mechanical keyboard. The LED lights are brighter than the F96 and the changes to the manual controls for the lighting system are both big improvements. The Cherry Pink keys are somehow even more comfortable to type on too, as the noise dampening seems to add extra cushioning to the key stroaks! Definitely would recommend to anyone after a full sized keyboard that is comfy to type on and more compact!

The F97 Dark Side is phenomenal! Prior to the F97, the only experience I have had with a 96% layout keyboard was with the Keychron K4. While the K4 is not bad for the price, there is simply no comparison to the F97. The F97 feels rock solid, and the Dark Side in particular has a beautiful, sleek appearance. The backlighting is brilliant and seems to flow out of the keyboard. At first, I was afraid that the styling of the Dark Side was too plain, but it is actually quite stunning. I love the double shot PBT keycaps. They are smooth and feel amazing. The bump on the arrow key is very helpful.
I use this F97 with Cherry pink switches as a companion to my Das Keyboard 4 Ultimate with Cherry Blues. I was surprised how great the pink switches feel. The F97 is great to use any time making noise is less than desirable. It also gives me the flexibility to move about my home office. Nice work IQUNIX!

The overall experience for one of my first pretty high grade mechanical keyboards is very satisfying! One of the best keyboards I have ever tried. The only downside about it is that for the price, I'd expect it to not have a "ping" sound after every key stroke, or in other words, a reverb-like sound. Obviously, this can be fixed by adding some sound dampeners into the keyboard, but I would have expected it not to have it stock. Otherwise, great keyboard!

The keyboard is fantastic for typing and the keys feel great. A few issues everyone should know though:
First, If you get the black key board like i did, it's really hard to figure out where the arrow keys are just from touching the keyboard. There is a little groove on the up arrow but it's simply faster to look down and check. If you get some new arrow keys that can easily be fix though.
Second, the RGB is great and looks cool but the functionality is basically zero. The keys themselves don't light up, so if you are working in the dark, it's still very difficult to see where your keys are. Again if you get keys with some translucent letters this could be fix but its still a pain that it doesn't come with keys that work better with the RGB.
Third, this keyboard is thick so your hands will lay at an uncomfortable angle if you don't have a palm rest. Even a basic one can help but i would recommend something thicker. Not a huge deal but something to consider.
Lastly, this is a mac exclusive issue. It comes with some replacement keys for the mac but nowhere does it tell you which keys to replace so that it works properly. Its not exactly one to one with a normal mac keyboard either so I had to do a lot of fiddling and googling to figure it out, making the setup a bit annoying.
Still the keyboard feels fantastic and I still highly recommend it.

The typing experience is like no other I have experienced. It’s very satisfying and inspirers me to type.
The only thing is that there is an audible “ping” sound when many of the keys are pressed. For $275 I feel that should not be the case.
I wish the keycaps were see through so you can see the RGB through the letters/symbols etc. I knew that before buying it so I’m not complaining.
Otherwise, the build quality is superb. Thank you!

Best keyboard I’ve used so far. I must admit I like the ttc silver speed over the cherry brown.
Moises G.
The design is very good and the feel while typing is stunning! You should be very proud of this product!
Daniel L.
Just amazing feel, feedback and looks.
Liam F.
Nice and heavy, big fan of the design and the Gold Pink switches are quiet and satisfying. Might pick up a second for the office!
Berrie P.
All good, fast good packaging en shipping! A+++++
Austin H.
A number of the switches did not work and I will probably have to exchange.
Paolo T.
Exceptional build quality, and an overall great keyboard! Unfortunately missing some country specific layouts.
Matthew K.
Well made, love it.
Tej V.
This is a ok keyboard. I got nothing but issues with this, first, bluetooth stopped working, went from 3 devices to 2 and then went out totally. Then the keys started developing annoying ping to them.
I mostly use this as a backup now.
Wil P.
Great keyboard. I bought 3 of them for my business.
Rodrigo A.
The mechanical keyboard is superb! Very happy to have this one, I already owned an F96 but the F97 with Bluetooth 5.1 and a longer battery life is a game changer

A bit expensive, but it's a very good keyboard, even straight out of the box. TTC switches are a great choice, nice quality PBT keycaps, the case feels hefty and premium and makes the whole thing sound very nice. Obviously we appreciate the south-facing LEDs. There are really only 2 things that keep the F97 from being perfect: Costar stabilizers and how annoying it is to disassemble the board, the latter of which wouldn't be an issue if not to replace the awful Costar stabilizers.
Still a very good board out of the box and an amazing one with just a little bit of work.
MARK A.
Fantastic keyboard with excellent switches (TTC Gold Pinks). I have been typing with this and it's just a treat to have a 'smaller' form-factor keyboard with function keys and a Numpad.
Joseph D.
Great build quality. However, its extremely compact. If you're making the jump to a compact keyboard without ever trying one, get a cheaper keyboard first.
Karim C.
Its a great keyboard. My first mechanical but I fell in love instantly
Brian S.
The keyboard arrived quickly, the build quality is sturdy, and it has been a pleasure to type on. The enter key seems to rotate slightly when pressed, in contrast to the other keys that do not, but it isn't noticeable when typing. Longevity is TBD, but otherwise I would have no issues recommending the brand.
Evan S.
Best keyboard I've used so far. There's a lot of keyboards on the market and trying to find the right one to fit my needs for working from home, gaming, and wanting one that can be easily customized had been a challenge. This keyboard absolutely fits my use case perfectly.
If I had to choose one thing I'd like improved about this keyboard, I would prefer having better visual indicator for the battery level.
Troy H.
Awesome typing experience. Love using as my daily in my home set up. Having a full number pad is great in a smaller form factor. Would absolutely recommend.
Jonah A.
Keyboard wireless mode is unreliable. Customer service is non-existent. Product ships from China, don't expect them to refund or exchange.
Aaron M.
Keyboard feels very sturdy and keys are so satisfying. This is my second keyboard from here and will be returning for future keyboards.
Dustin B.
Fantastic board, pulled the TTC Silver's to use in something else but the case and everything else is incredible. I put in some Holy Pandas and some Akko PBT keycaps and it's incredible.
Mohammed I.
i wanted an inconspicuous keyboard that didn't draw eyes which this fit the exact profile I wanted. The only trouble may be that if you don't touchtype in the dark, then having different keycaps is a must as these are completely opaque. Get the RGB if you ever feel like making it a sight to see for onlookers.
Jacob C.
Excellent keyboard. Typing experience is the best I’ve used.
Magalie A.
The compact form factor is great on my desk setup, the keycaps are soft and sturdy, the typing sound of the linear speed silver is really pleasant. I use this keeb daily!
Stephen S.
Having come from standard gaming keyboards like Razer or Corsair, this keyboard gave a feeling similar to when I transitioned from using a HDD to a SSD. It has a super smooth feel and sound. On typing tests my WPM increased from mid 80's to high 90's. Only think I could ask for is a light to indicate when num lock is on or off and a way to see what the current charge level is.
Kevin M.
absolutely love the feel and surprisingly the cherry red switches are quieter than my old Corsair keyboard which had the same switches.
Only downside is that I didn't do enough research before buying and did not know that it was ANSI layout. Luckily it's not a big problem for me but I would advise iqunix should make the layout clearer in text.

I received the Iqunix F97 Dark Side last week on 5/12/2022. Prior to using the F97, I have used the Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro (Yellow and Green Wwitches), Razer Huntsman V2 Analog (Optical Mechanical Switches), Corsair K100 (Optical Switches), Steelseries Apex Pro (Optical Switches), Royal Kludge K100 Pro (Gateron Milky Yellow and Gateron Red Switches), Logitech G915 (Linear and Clicky Switches), Logitech MX Keys, Glorious GMMK2 Pro, and, most recently, the Glorious GMMK Pro (Everglide Aqua King V3 and Gateron Black Ink V2 Switches).
After going through so many pre-built brand name keyboards, I thought I would try building a custom keyboard. However a few weeks of research, I realized that I needed a keyboard that had a number pad, 2.4Ghz wireless, and bluetooth for work purposes. For personal preference, I wanted south facing RGB, hot swappable PCB, and a keyboard that was either pre-built or could be easily put together.
The only keyboard on the market that could check all the boxes was/is the Iqunix F97. I was about to buy the Hitchhiker version, but was really glad the Dark Side version was released because my PC, PC desk, and all peripherals are black. The keyboard is very well built! It is incredibly sturdy and solid. Out of all the keyboards I have used over the past 10 years, this is clearly the BEST! I did make a few mods to make it slightly better. For example, I changed the switches to the Everglide Aqua Kings V3 to improve the RGB and for quieter typing. I added O rings under the keycaps and re-lubed all the stabilizers. Lastly, I changed the keycaps to the reverse pudding caps, which are perfect for the south facing RGB. This has made it by far the (again) the BEST keyboard I have ever used.
However there are some negatives as nothing is perfect. The ESC and F1 keys are north facing because of the Type C USB port. I found this out after purchasing the keyboard. It is probably not something most people will care about, but my OCD'ness is bothered by it. The stabilizers are Costars, which are very hard to deal with and make changing keycaps a hassle when compared to plate mounted Cherry stabilizers. There is no software to help program macros or change key bindings (even the budget Royal Kludge had dedicated software). There is a slight delay whenever the keyboard connects or wakes up from sleep mode and the timer cannot be adjusted because there is no software. Lastly, I wish there was an indicator for the NUM Lock. There is a light for the CAPS lock, but nothing for the NUM Lock.
Hopefully, Iqunix develops a dedicated software and updates the keyboard in the future. Considering the higher price for this keyboard, a software package would have been expected. Again, aside from the issues above, the keyboard is far superior to any of the keyboard I have ever used.
