-design is incredible
-I could throw it off my roof and it wouldn't break
-less than an inch longer than my ten keyless
- I have had it for a couple days now and don't have any complaints (besides the RGB being a bit underwhelming, but blank key caps - idk what i expected.)
- I am a mac user and ALL of the Mac Multi Media Keys work - 5 stars no doubt
-Very impressed and will be ordering from them again without a doubt
-Shipping was also very fast - even coming back right after CNY
If you're thinking about it - do it because its really fun to type on
michael h.
I really like it, and it is such a sleek design. Every time I type with it is the best thing. The only reason why I gave it a 4/5 was that 1) the space bar is somewhat uneven and for someone like me I like to have everything on this keyboard even 2) when I am typing up a storm I could hear the pinging of the keyboard and as much as I like this keyboard it drives me nuts overtime.
Joshua B.
The only way it could be better is if it qas in vanta black. Its just a dope keyboard all around. Style, fit, finish, material choice and features are great. Ill def be buying more from these guys!
Nathanael S.
Great feeling board, great build quality and materials (the machined aluminum frame is so nice). LEDs have a slight flicker/shimmer, but I'm sensitive to that sort of thing, and it's (sadly) not uncommon on RGB boards.
Please, IQUNIX: ship this with a good set of shine-through (backlit) key caps! (Or offer a set for an extra fee that fits this 96 layout). I had a few sets of keycaps to swap on to this board, and some of the keys in the top row on the right side end up shorter than the others.
Also, while I'm making wishes, a hot-swap version of this board would be amazing -- I'd love to put some Aliaz or other non-Cherry switches on this amazing chassis!
vincent t.
It sounds absolutely beautiful and it’s beautiful build quality is out of this world, it’s aluminium casing is well constructed
Ivan A.
Love the product :)
josh m.
I really like the keyboard. The 96% layout is fantastic for those of us who really want a 10key.
I got the RGB/Wireless version and really wish I had gotten the wired. The build quality is fantastic but the bluetooth has literally never worked for me. I can't pair the device which sucks because I was hoping I could use the keyboard in the living room.
In short, don't buy the bluetooth version. Build quality, switches, and keys all feel fantastic.
Worried about the battery since I have to keep it connected to power constantly now.
Diego A.
Everything I dreamed for in a keyboard.
Yuqi W.
Very good!
Jeffrey B.
Without question the Best keyboard I’ve ever owned. The build is ridiculously good. The typing experience is flat out enjoyable and the LEDs are super nice.
Khalid H.
Pros:
-Feels good to type on.
-Great compact size.
-The software does all it needs to do and more.
- Looks great, is heavy and built well.
-Low profile compared to keychron 4.
Cons:
-I've been experiencing some static shocks from the keyboard if the side of the usb3 head touches the the metal frame. Could be a grounding issue on my end but I bring it up here just in case. Fixed by wrapping the exposed bit with masking tape.
-Key placement takes some time to adjust to and they aren't backlit.
-No scroll lock key that I can find.
-----------
Over all I'm very happy with it but I'm replacing some keycaps with backlit/textured ones.
Linda M.
Great Keyboard for anyone getting into Mechanical Keyboards. The only bad thing about this product are the keycaps, although with an extra $60 you can get another set of them.
Ali Pasha D.
The best keyboard ever, wish RGB was stronger tho but no issue and the key caps are amazing
Giuseppe S.
I would've given it a 5 star, but I got it with the keypap [" '] raplaced by the [:;] keycap.
Otherwise great keyboard!
Joseph G.
So far, so good. Looking forward to getting new keycaps. RGB is somewhat pointless on these blank keys but still cool nonetheless.
Hugo V.
I love this keyboard. It has a great design with it being compact and slick. The metal sides make the keyboard feel really well made. After a couple days of using the keyboard I did notice that the 8 and 9 key were both the 9 key which sometimes confuses me when I need to type an 8 or 9. Otherwise, this keyboard feels great with the cherry MX Brown switches.
Azat K.
The build quality is very good. The feel and the sound is good as well. One thing that can be improved is that the battery life indicator never shows 100%. I don't mind that if the battery never actually charges to 100% (li-on batteries are best kept from 40-80%), but it's a bit confusing to have advertised functionality now work. The battery life is good overall. I am on the keyboard all day every day and a charge probably lasts me a week or so. I don't really know how many days because I forget about it and that's a good thing.
Erick V.
The best keyboard that i use, and best thing is the swithching mode between many computers and the performance is awesome. You need to use it
Kechang W.
good keyboard
Thomas D.
Good delivery, quality product. Rgb isn't as strong as I'd like, but either way it's a great keyboard.
Jason L.
Fantastic Keyboard! Feels premium and solid. Would recommend to anyone for productivity and casual gaming.
Ren S.
Is a very nice keyboard. I like the rgb options a lot.
Main gripe is switch selection, I wish there were heavier switches available and/or easier to swap them
Nic G.
Loving my first ever mechanical keyboard!
Arthur W.
The keyboard itself is absolutely beautiful. Well-made. HEAVY — the thing is a tank. The keycaps feel great, and I can't find anyone else printing on the FRONT like this.
Only downside is the software. It's basic at best and essentially only allows you to make minor tweaks to the RGB setup - and application-specific profiles are not currently working.
If that software gets updated (or IQUNIX gets OpenRGB support) then this is easily a 5 Star keyboard, even with the premium pricetag.
Galeb M.
Thierry R.
Keyboard build quality was top notch! High quality cable, switches, and Bluetooth adapter made this purchase feel even better. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is on the fence.
Oscar G.
Really great! Love the aluminum construction, has a great weight and feel. Typing feels excellent and has a satisfying sound.
Broderick W.
Great keyboard with quality materials and amazing response both wired and wireless. The layout takes getting used to and the Bluetooth adapter only worked for Linux and Mac for me, not windows (and it has little to no online support) but it works with my inbuilt and other Bluetooth devices nonetheless.
Ivan C.
F96 Knight, Cherry Red switches. An absolute dream of a first mechanical keyboard. Solid, easy to use, delivery came on time. I love the aesthetic of the keycaps. Definitely the start of a collection.
Oliver B.
Couldnt be any happier with it <3
Rok L.
One of the best keyboardd I've ever owned. I like that it's heavy because of the aluminum frame and that it feels like a premium product as it is. I miss that with other brands of keyboards.
David Q.
I really love it!! The shipping was very fast.
All the keyboard feels nice, and there are not connection problems with the Bluetooth or something like that, I recommend it ✌
Maximilian N.
I love the look, feel and sound of it! It’s super solid and has actually helped my productivity, as I can’t wait to get on the keys every morning.
Spencer W.
Overall satisfied with the keyboard, worth the price compared to the other options out there.
Shipping took forever, so be sure to order it like, at least 2 months before you wish to have it.
Also make sure you have a small screwdriver handy, as mine arrived with the screws on the aluminum side bars slightly loosened, likely from shipping.
Other than the complaints above the keyboard is perfect in every regard.
Ryan T.
Just as I was about to give up and build a tkl, I stumbled upon the F96. I couldn't believe it, this is the board I wanted so badly to build! Better yet, it's already built and for half the price of a decent custom build! The cherry mx browns don't disappoint. Although I do plan to swap them out for some Holy Pandas at some point in the future. The stealth keycaps that came with the Knight edition looked and felt great! I just wanted to add some color, so I threw on the Tai-Hoa avatar II set. There's not many keycap sets that will fit this layout. The 1.75 shift and the 1u ctrl, Fn, and alt keys are tricky to find. I'm using blanks for the 1u keys. Luckily Iqunix also sells there own sets separately! The build quality of the board is great and I love how solid it feels. The stabilizers came lubed well, and the bluetooth connected great to my pc without needing the adapter. Although it's awesome that they include one, for those that don't have built in bluetooth. Overall I think this is a great high end, prebuilt board with the perfect layout! If you're thinking about it, just get it. You won't regret your decision. You'll only surpass the F96 by building your own and spending twice as much.
Mrinal V.
Keyboard took about 2+ weeks to get here (NL), but the entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. Immediately after ordering, I was contacted personally by support staff to offer thanks and ensure that I direct access to support. I did have to pay about 25% of the cost as import tax but I was already expecting that and that is just regulations in the country.
The Keyboard - F96 Night (Cherry Red, RGB) is incredible. It is fairly heavy, which is exactly what I wanted, incredibly well built, feels solid and extremely high end all around and it is so magnificently clean looking, it is incredible. I did read that other people thought that its RGB was not bright enough, but I don't think that is a design flaw, but rather intended. A brighter RGB would ruin how clean and minimal the keyboard is. I personally love the brightness, it compliments the minimal look the keyboard is going for while giving it just a slightly more premium feel. The keys feel incredible. No wobble anywhere, so smooth and tactile, the Cherry Red's with the keyboard metallic construction and well-lubed keys and stabilizers sounds heavenly. The keyboards angle makes it really comfortable to use and the design of the keys (the various heights, depth of the curve, etc) makes it immediately feel easier to type on than most keyboards out there. It is an incredibly typing experience and for heavy users, I would highly recommend.
Other things I loved: The box is really well packages and comes with goodies. They give a very sleek, retractable brush to clean with, along with a keycap puller, and even a really sleek Bluetooth adapter with a USBC to USB adapter all conveniently set up. It was incredibly easy to set up and it feels like there is really a lot of thought that went into the keyboard. There are placement screws and other parts essential for changing the keys and the braided cable is a really clean and nice touch. I would recommend setting up the BT dongle for your desktop and having another cable for when you want to plug the keyboard in to charge.
Extremely happy with this purchase and there is no doubt in my mind that I already want the F60 in the same color and look next when it is available.
Yaroslav F.
I really liked this keyboard. Yes, I had to get used to keycaps a little, and the lack of my native language in them, but in principle, you can learn to write without it

Nice keyboard problems, solid build
Kelwadis B.
First of all, I want to say this the best keyboard I’ve had the pleasure of using. With that out of the way, I had huge problems with the wireless software. It’s in Chinese, and it just didn’t work. I thought that I receive a defective keyboard. I messaged Iqunix’s support many of times and each time they mentioned that I should attach the provided dongle to a cable And rest it within a foot from the keyboard. This defeats the purpose of getting wireless! I can not tell you how I finally got the firmware to work because I tried several things. I must say that if I didn’t get the wireless connection to work, I would’ve given this only 3 stars. If you go with wireless be prepared for a potential headache.
Katherine L.
First off, the keyboard is nice, very sturdy and love the compact look of the 96%. Really my only complaints about the keyboard itself is that they don't have a mac compatible app and that they didn't include a command key to switch out for the windows key. But small prices to pay for such a nice feel. My big issue is that, I'm quite shocked that they don't fully pay for the duties when the keyboard gets shipped. Unsure of why they can't for a keyboard that's already so expensive. I've ordered many different tech supplies online, and when I get told there's free shipping I never pay extra. Kind of shady that they don't mention it, since by the time you find out it's already shipped and it's kind of like what's the point? Anyways my point is shipping isn't free, if you're in Canada duties are $22.
XIANG MEI H.
Excellent keyboard, very satisfied. Initially had trouble using bluetooth, but the team was very responsive and help me resolve the issue.
PETER G.
Overall a great keyboard. I’m very happy with the purchase. Shipping took about 2 weeks which I thought was a little long but with the pandemic and all it’s not bad. Only thing that I wish would be different on this board would be for it to be hotswap key switches, shine through key caps and brighter RGB. I do love this board even with its faults. Dining a replacement set of key caps is proving difficult also due to the uncommon bottom row. But it is what it is. I love this board and have been recommending it since I got it.
Jared W.
Love it, will be ordering another for my home soon.
Cheyne D.
Great keyboard - love the design and feel.
Gianvito T.
This board feels and looks incredible. Huge quality jump from the corsair k70. I honestly like the RGB being subtle, I was shooting for a less gamery look for my setup. Super happy with the purchase!

This review is comparing the F96 Knight RGB Wireless (Cherry Brown) to a Cooler Master Quickfire TK (Cherry Blue)
GOOD:
- Very solid construction; extremely stiff. Feels well machined.
- Extremely nice keycaps. They have a bit of texture compared to the CM. Very nice!
- Comes with accessories and they are good quality. (Dongle, cable, dust cover, cardboard case, keycap puller)
- Very heavy; in hand it feels 2 or 3x as heavy as the CM. The non-wireless version will probably be much lighter due to the lack of a battery.
- The angle is absolutely perfect and the lack of feet make the keyboard very stable.
- Does not slide around, even on a glass desk.
NEUTRAL:
- Product page did not mention all accessories included.
- Can not comment on wireless functionality. It works I guess.
NEGATIVE:
- Not the same layout as the CM. I do not know what the standard layout for this size is, but I do know that the "0" on the num-pad and the short r-shift are annoying,
- Software is ok.... Although it is easy to use, some settings do not allow a specific color or color change. An example would be although you can set the rgb to radiate outwards through all the colors, you can not set it to radiate from blue-lt.blue-dk.blue-blue-ect.
- Can't sync software lighting to anything else.
- RGB is pretty dim in most settings. The picture shows compared to a Logitech G502 in a dark room. A yellow/orange setting, or even a blue setting in a well lit room is quite dim. This is definitely more dim than the CM.
- Can not see key cap designations when it is dark. I wish the lettering was luminescent in same way.
COVID NOTES:
- Shipping in the height of COVID was about 7 weeks to the West Coast of the US.
I would recommend this product unless you live the RGB life. Everything about the 96 is fantastic except the lighting.
Justin K.
The keyboard feels and sounds great. The aluminum build provides stability and a greater feel of craftsmanship. After the board arrived I experienced technical difficulties only a few hours in. The board was no longer working and seemingly losing power. I utilized the chat support online and received incredible customer support. Firmware was uploaded directly to the website to fix my issue on the spot. Translations were provided for the firmware application because it was not my native language. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with iQunix. It was unfortunate that I experienced an issue, but thanks to iQunix support I was quickly able to type this review on my new board!
Jaime P.
My favorite keyboard to date. Full board in the footprint of a TKL? Fantastic. Not to mention that the build quality is awesome.
Joshua B.
Great keyboard!
carl c.
was extremely quick in delivery!
Christopher D.
Great keyboard, love having a nearly full-sized layout with a quarter of the space cut out, lets me easily use a joystick next to it. Swapped out the base keycaps (which were nice) for the GMK very easily. The board case is sturdy, feet are stable. Only wish that I could get one that had hotswap capabilities,
Jinsean T.
The moment I pulled this keyboard from it's box, I could tell it was a quality product. It's definitely a joy to type on; especially given the study aluminum body. This keyboard fit my needs since I required a numpad, but also didn't have the desk space for a full board. The condensed layout does indeed save space without sacrificing practicality. As others have mentioned, the max RGB brightness may not be satisfactory for people working in dim areas.
Satoshi U.
The keyboard is solid and clean. It takes to get a hold of it for 3 weeks. As others say, RGB is moderate. but It goes with this design and the concept. customer service is also very nice...I will buy another iqunix keyboard in next time. Highly recommended!
Nic H.
Solid feeling keyboard. The first thing I said when I pulled it out of the packaging (which is exceptionally well done) was that it feels like a brick. Seriously heavy and solid due to the full metal construction.
The keycaps feel nice. Easy to tell good quality material was used, but nothing overly outstanding. Sadly on my unit the space bar was slightly morphed and has a slight curve to it which is quite noticeable from a head on or top down view. The space bar also has some side play going on that makes it sit slightly crooked. Honestly this annoys me a lot more than it will for most people. For the price I was a little shocked to see this. As well seeing a Quality Assurance sticker in the box, then the bent space bar confused me, it's quite noticeable and should have been replaced.
Some of the text on the sides of the keys (on the Knight model) are a little small and hard to read. This isn't a problem for me as the keyboard's form and dimensions are incredibly similar to my prior keyboard (very few misclicks). If you're not the best typer and find yourself looking down at your keyboard often then this may be a little problematic for the first bit while getting used to the keyboard.
The Bluetooth connection seems fine. Nothing in comparison to Logitechs Lightspeed wireless on their gaming peripherals, however that is to be expected. Connection from the keyboard to my PC was easy enough. I was a little worried as I had heard other people have had issues getting it to connect. On the other hand, for whatever reason I cannot get the wired connection to work consistently (which is rather odd). More specifically, once I have the wired connection working, I cannot simply swap back between Bluetooth and wired modes. This may just be an issue on my end however as Windows 10 keeps giving me "USB Device not recognized" prompt whenever I switch to the wired mode. I assume this may be due to the keyboard being known via a Bluetooth connection, so swapping over to Wired confuses Windows. I may be wrong. One problem regarding not being able to swap to the Wired connection is not being able to use the software that comes with these keyboards to control lighting, macros (etc). I'm not sure if this is intentional, but it does not work over Bluetooth, I have only been able to get it working on a Wired connection (which I cannot easily swap to).
The switches I got on my unit are Cherry MX Reds. They feel nice. Honestly due to the solid construction of the board they feel and sound better than any other Cherry MX Reds that I have felt on other boards. That being said, I would like to have had the option to get some other switch types as Cherrys are somewhat outdated compared to the other offerings available. Better yet if this board was hot swappable that would have been perfect. I really do not care all too much however, just knowing some more enthusiasts would want something different. For the price of this board I don’t think that is too unreasonable.
Overall this is a fantastic keyboard with amazing build quality (aside from the space bar). If you are not an absolute Mechanical keyboard enthusiast and want something Wireless with a Numpad and solid construction I really do not think there is anything better on the market at this time.
David G.
1 - What I wanted
First of all, let me preface this by saying I spent a lot of time looking for a keyboard and this product managed to hit just about everything I was looking for as listed here:
- Wireless with a wired option
- Cherry Blue switches
- A heavy metal frame and high-quality materials
- sleek finish
- backlit keyboard
- 10 key included
- mac and PC compatibility
- multiple computer Compatability
After reviewing this product online I saw that it was made with high-quality materials and that really appealed to me. It offered everything on my list above. I decided the look and finish of the product was worth the price they were asking and made the purchase.
2 - What I think
Honestly, the product is living up to what I expected. The keys are fantastic and feel perfect. The materials really are of high quality. The keyboard itself is solid and heavy, though not too heavy. There is virtually no flex with the board which I appreciate. The rubber stoppers on the bottom keep it in place even when I am hammering away on it. There is absolutely no ghosting whatsoever. I get the sense that I will be able to beat this up and it will take it for a long time.
3 - My complaints
- The wired and Bluetooth switch on the back is written in Chinese, not English. This is frustrating, but no means a dealbreaker.
- The product took almost a month to ship here and tracking it was very sketchy at best. This was a massive point of frustration for me. Attempting to communicate this to the company was not easy and I expected more from them, especially considering the premium price of the keyboard.
- The controls for fine-tuning are not the most obvious to understand, but I think I eventually understood them.
- I saw online that there is a downloadable software to configure the keyboard, but the site is in Chinese and I don't want to mess with it.
4 - Final note
I do recommend this keyboard. If you are looking for a quality product that is sturdy and feels and sounds good for long term use, this will not disappoint. With that said, order it well in advance and expect delivery to take a little less than a month. Also, don't expect to be able to track it well until the end when it gets handed over to FedEx.
Zach S.
Love it.
Ryan G.
While I expected a good build quality just based on other reviews, the keys surprised me in their "weight." Even though I own several Cherry Blue keyboards, this one just feels amazing to type on. The fact I can switch between my PC and iPad with the flip of a switch is so great. Other than a few issue retaining connectivity when switching (easy enough to re-pair), this keyboard is basically perfect. The 96% layout should be the new layout standard for all keyboards.
Karim E.
The keyboard is lovely. Quality feels superb good. Keycaps are nice.
The RGB light is extremely weak. I wish it was way brighter. Also, I miss a light for numlock as I don't know whether it's on or off. The caps lock notification light is not at the best location.
However if you don't care about these few points, this is the greatest keyboard ever :).
Yu Huang C.
The good: Board is very well made, does exactly what it says it does, it is simply a joy to type on especially if you got the Brown switches like me. I might even buy another one.
The bad: Aluminium case has a little give, RGB not bright at all
huong v.
Great experience using this keyboard
Eric H.
Pretty good overall. If this was hot swap it would be much better, because the switch selection is really bad. There is also a pretty sever ping with the plate of this board.
Build of the frame is very good, lighting is excellent as is the layout.
Nicholas D.
Great build quality keyboard, very happy with it
Kaushik S.
Build quality -great
Bluetooth connectivity - great
Form Factor - functional, compact and ergonomic
Price - reasonable
Battery Life - great
Overall - great product and good customer service.
Gall L.
Gorgeous keyboard! Arrived well packed and secure
Clean design and nice and heavy base.
Alexander C.
Shipping was a hassle and took about three weeks. My space bar also arrived bent; unsure as to whether or not that was due to molding or if it occurred in transit. Besides those issues the keyboard is great and really is the best solution for someone who finds the tenkeyless form factor to be sufficiently small, and wants added functionality. The feel of the keyboard is really great overall and comes across as very high quality. Would highly recommend even with the small issues I have experienced.
